Dr Rabiah Nuredini

Chiropractor

Dr Rabiah has a friendly personality making it easy for you and her to work as a team. Her easy-going nature combined with her skills and knowledge help to identify the right treatments for better outcomes.

Rabiah’s approach to optimal body health is summarised in 2 words: “functional alignment.” She understands that, re-establishing functional alignment from both the neurological and mechanical perspectives are key to optimising your health and wellbeing.

It was in her second year of her double degree in Health and Applied Sciences (Chiropractic) that she developed a strong interest in neurology. She focused on how sound neurological foundations and brain-body connections are fundamental to anyone wanting to achieve optimal health. As her understanding of functionality and neurology grew so too did her drive to expand her knowledge.

She developed her skill-set on solving the problem of ‘functional misalignment.’ Recognising that, achieving functional alignment through body-brain connection, can function to avoid injuries in the first place. Thereby becoming a form of ‘prehab’ (i.e. avoiding injuries) rather than rehab – the stuff you have to do after you have been injured.

Rabiah is a strong believer that applied knowledge is power. Her communication skills enable her to explain complicated health and medical conditions in non-confronting and easily understandable ways.

When she’s not in the clinic, she is busy keeping active, baking, watching the football and spending time with friends and family. Go the Dogs!
