Assessment	We'll learn about you first. What are your goals? Are you suffering any ailments now or in the past? What does your appearance say about your Qi energy? What's the colour, fullness, texture of your tongue?
Diagnosis	A diagnosis is a road map. It guides your treatment approach. Chinese Medicine diagnoses are a little different. They are complicated, but don't worry, we'll explain it in simple terms.
Therapy	We'll guide you to use pressure on specific points of your body - often arms and legs, and may also include ears and stomach. You become your own doctor so that you can give yourself 'top ups' by stimulating these points when needed.
Lifestyle Education	You need a diet, exercise and sleep routine that suits you and your energy requirements. What foods & how to prepare your foods. What breathing exercises to use. There's so much to learn.

Then in a day or two:

Package Delivered	Herbal remedies may be recommended to support your body and energy flow. Additionally, we'll send self-acupuncture kits where appropriate.
